Meet the Therapist
Melinda Padmore, MSW, LCSW
Melinda Padmore, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, is passionate about the work she does to help promote change, healing and improve daily executive functioning for teenagers, men and women. Melinda is focused on assisting individuals to better cope with life challenges that may lead to depression, anxiety, stress and feelings of worthlessness. Melinda takes a client-centered approach dedicated on heightening an individual’s intrinsic value, reprogramming the need for affirmation of external validation.

Melinda received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology with a concentration in Social Services from William Paterson University and later completed her Master’s degree in Social Work at Kean University. Melinda has a wide range of clinical experience that varies from children & adolescent partial hospitalization program, residential treatment programs for both children and adults, therapeutic foster care program, outpatient therapy services, case management, behavioral health utilization management and psychiatric hospital. Melinda is a licensed provider in the states of New Jersey, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Melinda is also a certified Licensed Clinical Supervisor for our next generation of clinical social workers.
